Brad Phares Brad is an 8th generation Florida Rancher. Knowledge of Florida’s land and its attributes
allows Brad a unique twist when showing or listing property. Brad’s education and work experience
enables him to assist clients with a variety of services. A graduate of St. Thomas School of Law,
Insurance Licensee, and Sales Associate rounds out his qualifications. An avid hunter and fisherman, Brad
has gone on to hunt and fish all across the United States. His other interests include training quarter horses,
personal training in the martial art of Aikido, cooking. Today, his family live on the ranch where they
continue to raise cross-bred commercial cattle and honor award-winning oil paintings he creates. This

Jeri Wilson Raised in the “southern” part of Idaho, we all worked on and enjoyed our Ag based small
towns. I met and married a Florida born rodeo cowboy and moved to Glades County in 1977 where our
son, Matt grew up. Those years were spent mostly as a Mom and substitute teacher in Glades and
Okeechobee County schools. I loved being in the school systems as well as rodeo, 4-H and FFA programs.
My Real Estate career began in 2000 here in Okeechobee just prior to an impressive upward trend. I served
as Director on the Board of Realtors between 2003 and 2005. This experience has brought me full swing
into my real estate profession. My passion in the real estate market is recreational and sporting properties.
My knowledge of residential, commercial and developments ensure all my clients that no matter what type

River Community College and pursued Interior Design for 5+ years. Upon marring her long time sweetheart
at her home church, Freedom Ranch in September of 2007, she is now a permanent resident of Okeechobee.

for major land consulting firms in Ft. Lauderdale. Her experience with title research, surveying, engineering,
site planning and permitting set the perfect backdrop for her real estate career. Gails’ love for the outdoors
led her to relocate with her son to Okeechobee in 1994 where, they began exploring the backwaters of Lake
Okeechobee, and enjoying the state parks and water sports that Florida is famous for. As a licensed Realtor,
her technical background has served her well as she developed a successful local residential and
commercial real estate business in Okeechobee. Whether buying or selling Gail will put that same technical
